The launch of our ‘Flat Fee’ service to sell a home here on the Island gives a fresh approach with total transparency of terms and fees (no sale, no fee). We’ve broken the mould in terms of estate agency charges and steer clear of charging a percentage to sell your home – after all it doesn’t cost any more to market your home regardless of your selling price.

The terms are simple:

• If  your home is marketed under £150,000 your fee upon completion will  be £1,300
• If  your home is marketed over £150,000 your fee upon completion will  be £1,600
• EPC included
